MACE (Metro Area Community Empowerment)

Welcome to the official website of MACE where we believe, “Tough times don't last always, tough people do.” This is the battle cry for MACE and the Rolling Tigers. Each one of us refuses to allow our circumstances to dictate our effort.  

Vision Statement

MACE builds resilience by empowering individuals through physical development, servant leadership, and financial responsibility along with educational and spiritual growth. We help those labeled biblically as “the least of these” to move from being “labels” such as the terms “at- risk” and “disabled” to brands which emphasize being “able” and meaning a concept of status and respect. We improve the quality of life for those we serve.

Mission Statement

The mission of MACE (Metro Area Community Empowerment) is to promote community empowerment through wheelchair sports and recreation, youth mentoring, and connecting all organizations and advocacies for people with disabilities.
